  I asked HTIC about shuttle buses. The following is the reply:

  "To get to HTIC, the easiest is to take a taxi. Shuttle buses might stop at HTIC if asked. If not, going to a nearby hotel -- Ala Moana Hotel --- and then taking a taxi will work.

  Speedy Shuttle, one of the companies who provides transport, will stop at HTIC."

  Fare is as follows:
  • Shuttle Bus (it goes around each hotel of passengers. $8--$12)
    • Please show the map below to the driver, and ask where you can get off.
    • You can see Ala Moana Hotel mentioned above at the top left of the map.
  • Taxi ($30--$40)
  • The Bus (much baggage prohibited. $2.50)
    • The nearest bus stop is "Kapiolani Bl + Opp Paani St (Stop: 364)" (Routes #3, #4, #9), but there is no direct line from the airport.
    • There are routes #19 and #20 from the airport to central Waikiki, and it is 20 minutes' walk from central Waikiki to HTIC.
